For remote control support, click the blue button to the right to download TeamViewer. When installing, choose Company/Comercial as the usage type, then stay with the default choices for the rest of the install. If you need help installing Teamviewer, contact Rob Pollan.

Install TeamViewer on your computer

  1. Run the setup file downloaded above.
  2. Select Default Installation under How do you want to proceed? and click Accept - next.
  3. Click the check-box to accept the TeamViewer EULA and DPA.
  4. Click Continue to finish the installation and begin using TeamViewer.

 

After installing, please contact Rob Pollan to give him your Teamviewer ID and password. It's easiest to take a picture of the TeamViewer window (Teamviewer ID and password) and send it to his cell phone 479-806-2617.

If your computer is connected to the Internet, he can work on it and fix virus problems, show you how to work a program, work on your network, solve printer problems, or whatever is needed. Once the program is installed, it is easy to reconnect for future support.

Remote support is only provided to programs that receive Arkansas Adult Education funding.
