Request For Proposal (RFP) 2017-2019

The Arkansas Department of Career Education, Adult Education Division (ACE/AED) is seeking proposals for Adult Basic Education, Correctional/Institutional, and English Literacy/Civics Education programs. Request for Proposal (RFP) Purpose/Goal:
Provide adult education and literacy services, which include, English language acquisition, integrated English literacy and civics education, workplace education, workforce preparation activities or integrated education and training, and financial literacy. Funding Source: Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014, Title II, Adult Education and Family Literacy Act. Important Grant Dates: Notice of Intent-to-Apply: December 23, 2016. Bidders’ Conference: January 18, 2017 at 9:00 am-12:00 PM, and January 19, 2017 from 1:00-4:00 pm at the Arkansas Adult Learning Resource Center, 801 S. Louisiana, Little Rock, AR 72201.
